07 - 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

11 - ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 1-quart baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
03 - Stir in mozzarella, ¼ cup Parmesan, spinach, artichokes, and minced garlic until evenly mixed.
04 - Add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired, and mix thoroughly.
05 - Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish, then sprinkle remaining Parmesan over the surface.
06 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the dip bubbles and turns golden on top.
