# How To Make It:
01 - Place chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, minced garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, and salt into a food processor.
02 - Process until mixture is smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides as necessary.
03 - With the processor running, slowly add cold water one tablespoon at a time until desired creaminess is achieved.
04 - Taste and modify salt or lemon juice if desired for balanced flavor.
05 - Transfer to serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with smoked paprika or sumac and chopped fresh parsley if preferred.
