# How To Make It:

01 - Line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup in a bowl until smooth.
03 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet in a 1/3 inch thick layer.
04 - Distribute mixed red berries evenly over the yogurt base.
05 - Sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and lemon zest over the berries if desired.
06 - Gently press toppings into the yogurt to ensure they stick.
07 - Freeze uncovered for a minimum of 3 hours until firm.
08 - Remove from freezer, lift onto a cutting board, and break or cut into pieces.
09 - Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer up to 2 weeks.
