# How To Make It:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine finely chopped parsley, cilantro, oregano, minced garlic, minced shallot, and red pepper flakes. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined and set aside.
02 - Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish. Pour 3 tablespoons of chimichurri sauce and 2 tablespoons olive oil over the chicken. Turn to coat evenly on all sides. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
03 - Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Remove chicken from marinade and cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
