# How To Make It:

02 - Whisk eggs at high speed for 5 to 7 minutes until thick, pale, and tripled in volume.
03 - Gradually incorporate sugar while continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy and ribbon-like.
04 - Carefully fold sifted flour into the batter in three parts using a spatula to retain airiness. Add vanilla extract with the final addition.
05 - Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the surface evenly.
06 - Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
07 - Allow cake to cool in pan for 5 minutes, then loosen edges and remove onto wire rack to cool completely.
